With our accredited Seller Fulfilled Prime logistics solution, you can increase your order volume and customer satisfaction.
With Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP), you can send your Amazon-listed goods with the "Prime badge" directly to Amazon Prime customers from a third-party warehouse using carriers that are authorised by Amazon Prime. Amazon Prime members receive free and quick shipment and don't have to pay for the delivery. To be eligible for SFP, Amazon sellers must successfully complete a trial period and pay for the shipping label obtained through BuyShipping.
Only high-performing sellers with great fulfilment abilities, a valid, legitimate Amazon account, and a professional selling plan are presently eligible for SFP. On Amazon Seller Central, you may get more details.
Sellers must successfully finish a trial period in order to unlock SFP.
The seller needs to fulfil the necessary SFP performance metrics and SLAs (service level agreement) for 25 consecutive shipments over the course of 5 days in order to pass it.
It is important to remember that the Amazon Prime Badge won't be visible during the trial period.
Currently, we only provide the Seller Fulfilled Prime service in Germany.
This means that you may send Prime orders to Germany (domestic) and Austria (international) by using SFP on the Amazon marketplace in Germany (amazon.de).
We transport Amazon Prime orders from Germany using the DPD carrier, which is authorised by Amazon Prime.
Seller Fulfilled Prime enables qualified merchants to apply for the Prime badge for their products and ship to Amazon Prime subscribers using their own fulfilment infrastructure.
With the Amazon Prime Badge you will have boosted visibility on the marketplace. You will get access to the Prime customer base and increase your chances of “winning” the coveted BuyBox. Additionally, Amazon offers customer assistance that is available around-the-clock in the language of the marketplace.
Sellers must successfully finish a trial period in order to access SFP. To pass it, the supplier must fulfil the required performance metrics and Service Level Agreement (SLAs).
