Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) enables you to deliver your products listed on Amazon that have the “Prime badge” directly to Amazon Prime customers from a byrd warehouse via Amazon Prime-approved carriers. Amazon Prime customers don’t need to pay for the delivery and can benefit from free and fast shipping. Sellers on Amazon that want to use SFP, need to pass a trial period and pay for the shipping label that is purchased via BuyShipping, to be eligible for the program.
SFP is currently only available to high-performing sellers with exceptional fulfillment capabilities, an active good standing Amazon account, and a professional selling plan. More information can be found on Amazon Seller Central.
In order to unlock SFP, sellers need to complete a trial period. To successfully pass it, the seller must meet the required SFP performance metrics and SLAs (service level agreement) for 25 consecutive shipments over a period of 5 days.
It’s important to remember that the Amazon Prime Badge will not be displayed during the trial period.
Currently, we offer the Seller Fulfilled Prime service in Germany only.
This means that you can use SFP on the Amazon marketplace Germany (amazon.de) to ship prime orders to Germany (domestic) as well as to Austria (international).
We use Amazon Prime-approved carrier DPD to ship Amazon prime orders from Germany.

You will also be able to utilize a 24/7 customer service by Amazon in the language of the marketplace.
Sellers must successfully finish a trial period in order to unlock SFP. The supplier must fulfill the necessary performance metrics and Service Level Agreement (SLAs) in order to pass it.
If SLAs are not fulfilled, the Amazon Prime Badge will be suspended until Amazon receives and accepts an action plan. byrd, as your Third-Party-Logistics partner, will help you to develop an action plan with strategic initiatives in case this should happen at any time.
